Coaching is focused on finding solutions during difficult living conditions. We will help you to identify goals and solution-oriented ways how to reach those goals. Therapy is focused on processing past trauma and working with mental health crises and/or issues. Therapy is provided by licensed psychologists and counselors and are governed by boards. They are also limited in regard to where they can provide services.
