Here at Trauma Speaks we pride ourselves on hosting and developing workshops around the topic of mental health awareness and self-care. Our workshops are designed to fit the population they are meant to serve and can be individually adjusted to your needs. Trauma Speaks hosts its own workshops while supporting organizations and private parties to develop their own and unique workshops.
