The workplace has many effects on mental health, both positive and negative. However, increasingly, people have taken to prioritizing working almost all the time, rather than solely during their established work hours.

Every May, Mental Health Awareness Month gives people the chance to come together as a community and converse about emotional and psychological health. Mental Health America founded the annual observance in 1949. Bullying is the intentional use of physical force, comments, and threats to abuse, dominate, or intimidate one or more people. It is a serious global issue, manifesting in both personal interactions and social media.
Early mental health intervention can yield positive outcomes and help prevent future issues across various areas of a child’s development. This can include improvements in emotional, behavioral, academic, and social domains.
A common misconception is that the mind is separate from the body and cannot impact each other. It has been found, however, that there is a strong connection between them.
College presents numerous challenges for students, and this transition can be particularly daunting for minority students, as it often amplifies underlying issues that contribute to feelings of isolation, stress, and anxiety.
